Often times I hear people complaining about the market, opportunities about life.
Though sometimes the opportunity is in front of our own eyes.. It might be in the shape of need, In the shape of a burden or in a shape of a life altering event, That’s when I personally believe is time to act!
This video may seem aggressive for some people or even selfish, though several times I see colleagues investor trying to beat down a Seller experience because they are just focus on the money and not on the opportunity of finding THE OPPORTUNITY to assist, help and provide Value, THATS when you make a deal a deal.
Making it a win win for both parties. Assisting the needs and yes, been aggressive on the action , because must times when people are under pressure the may be in a state of shock or uncertainty therefore the need of a strong hand to guide them to the process may make a difference on dark times.
