Homeinc is seeking a Real Estate Sales & Acquisitions Agent who has a proven track record in sales and or real estate. Positions are available at both our Miami and Fort Lauderdale office locations.
The Real Estate Sales & Acquisitions Agents work in a non-corporate, fast-paced sales environment as part of our Sales Team. Agents work with both sellers and investors alike.

What You Will Do:
- Build relationships with sellers and buyers alike.
- Mine prior leads of sellers from custom CRM to acquire their property for investors
- Negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
